Christmas Period Any orders placed  maybe delayed until the week commencing 5th January 2026. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before purchase to see when your order/s can be delivered.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS INDEX:

1. Making a Purchase:

These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Knightsbridge Home Supplies  website and via the telephone. The placement of orders indicates you the customers are accepting our terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. To place an order through our website and make payment you must be at least 18 years of age and be able to accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE OR COMMENCE ANY PREPARATION WORK UNTIL YOUR GOODS HAVE ARRIVED AND HAVE BEEN CHECKED.

By using this site, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to the terms set out, you may not use this site. Knightsbridge Home Supplies reserves the right at any time, to update, alter or modify these terms of use.

Order Processing and Acceptance :

Your order is accepted and contract is formed between the Knightsbridge Home Supplies &  you the customer when the goods are dispatched that have been ordered and not pre-dispatch. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been processed from you by the Knightsbridge Home Supplies, nor at the point in time that you receive an order acknowledgement from the Knightsbridge Home Supplies, until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by Knightsbridge Home Supplies or may be cancelled by you. Any correspondence regarding your order is only to report that your request has been received and will be processed by our team, and does not in any way mean acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the email. Knightsbridge Home Supplies reserves the right at any time prior to acceptance of the order to refuse any or part of an order or request further or more accurate information to enable it to evaluate and or fulfil the order.Whilst we try to ensure that pricing on the website is correct at all times there may be some instances of price fluctuations out of our control and we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by such circumstances.

 Knightsbridge Home Supplies reserve the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery, communication will be by either email or telephone.

In addition, in terms of saving and accessing order agreements. Knightsbridge Home supplies will store all orders and send you the details of your order via e-mail. You can find our terms and conditions on our website at all times.

2. Description of Goods:

All images, product descriptions, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. All specifications given to the Customer are approximate and intended as guidance only. We always try to ensure all product descriptions are correct, but advise customers to seek technical advice from qualified sources prior to ordering products and any work to be carried out. (Most manufacturers reserve the right to upgrade, update and change products without notice).Whilst Knightsbridge Home Supplies make every effort to reproduce the colours of the products correctly variations may occur through imagery and lighting effects. Please note that certain products such as bathroom furniture may need some modification to suit specific requirements, such as designs, Pipework and space constraints. Any alterations of this nature are carried out at the customers own risk, and as such the product guarantees may be rendered invalid.

3. Special Orders:

Please bear in mind that as these products are bespoke delivery times may vary. In some circumstances cancellations will be agreed but a 20% restocking fee will be applicable. 

4. Payment and Price:

Knightsbridge Home Supplies are entitled to adjust the price to take account of any increases from our supplier’s prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an omission or error the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. Any price fluctuations will be advised and agreed prior to accepting your order. Knightsbridge Home Supplies ask that all goods be paid for on completion of order and that all funds are cleared prior to delivery. Knightsbridge Home Supplies accept most major credit, debit cards and also BACs payments (we do not accept cheques) On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Payment Methods we accept – Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron.

If a pricing error occurs on the website Knightsbridge Home Supplies will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

5. Delivery Information:

Knightsbridge Home Supplies will aim to deliver most products within 5 working days if possible; however, some orders to may take longer. Please note that all delivery dates given are only and always approximate. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Larger items such as Glass and Pottery takes between 5-7 working days for delivery due to the nature of the delivery being specialist. Smaller items such as taps, shower and toilets seats will be delivery in approximately 3-5 working days, If you are in a rush for any sinks, it is always advised to call and check our stock availability.

For large specialist deliveries, you will be notified via email of the date of delivery. Deliveries that are made by Pallet are on artic vehicles and any ACCESS issues MUST be confirmed prior to placing an order. Please note pallet deliveries are kerb side only although some companies will aim to get it as close to the door as possible, drivers cannot assist with removing any items from the pallet. Knightsbridge Home Supplies do not take responsibility for disposal of waste packaging, plastic cardboard or pallets.

If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us via email. Please note that any items on your order that are currently out of stock then we will contact you via email, your order will not be shipped until all items have arrived are in stock.

If you live in any of the following areas you are welcome to place an order online however you may be required to make an additional delivery surcharge payment. This is due to the proximity of the location:

British Isles – we can only deliver small items via DX to any British Isles, please contact us if you have an enquiry with delivery.

EXPRESS SPECIALIST DELIVERIES: Where we take payments for express deliveries on Next Day or 2 Day services, we are not liable for failed deliveries if this is circumstances out of our control (Adverse Weather/Road Closures/Force Majeure etc)

Knightsbridge Home Supplies advise that you do not to book any tradesman or engage in any preparation work until full receipt of your goods and that they are in satisfactory condition. If any item is out of stock, an advisor will email or telephone you to advise you of the expected delivery date, so please ensure that you have entered your contact details correctly as failure to do so will hinder our ability to contact you if required.

If an order cannot be successfully fulfilled due to the customer being unable to accept the goods on the date advised, then a redelivery charge may be applicable. This cost would then be borne by the purchaser.

If an order is placed over the out of hours, weekends or on a bank holiday the order date is taken as the following working day for delivery guidance. If a delivery would normally fall during festive periods the delivery estimate may be extended to a later date, please email  for further information.

After completion of your order please check your email receipt and ensure that all the details are correct. If you need to amend any part of your order or would like to make an additional purchase please contact us immediately as changes to an order may delay your delivery.

If your item is not in stock, Knightsbridge Home Supplies will contact you to let you know the expected arrival date, you will be given the choice to wait for the item or cancel the order. If you choose to wait for an item to arrive back into stock it will be shipped as soon as it is available and you will be notified should there be any further delays.

When your order arrives please check all items thoroughly and Knightsbridge Home Supplies  ask that any issues are reported within the first 48 hours of receipt of goods. If you have a damaged item please email Knightsbridge Home Supplies images along with your order number.

As soon as the goods have been delivered you will be responsible for them. Knightsbridge Home Supplies will only deliver to the confirmed address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature unless requested by the person named on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

If you wish to collect your order please note I.D will be required of the card holder and possible further evidence maybe requested.

6. Cancellations and Returns:

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice by email or post, giving details of goods ordered and the delivery details. For further details of how to return goods please contact our customer care team at Knightsbridge Home Supplies.

All non-faulty goods must be returned within 14 working days starting from the day after receipt of the goods, and we ask that all goods are returned safely and in their original packaging. Knightsbridge Home Supplies will refund your money on orders within 28 days of cancellation less any delivery cost as detailed previously. Returns that have been used/fitted or outside the 28-day period will not be accepted. Any returns notified after 14 day period will refused unless agreed otherwise. If you do request to return outside the 14 day period or we receive the return after 14 days, Knightsbridge Home Supplies can impose a restocking fee. On cancellation for any reason “you must return the goods at your own cost unless we agree otherwise, or we confirm that you may dispose of the goods”. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect or damaged then we will meet the cost of the return to an appropriate value.

Any cancellations on special orders such as extensive lead times will incur a restocking fee if the order cannot be cancelled.

Any returns on collected items will incur a 20% restocking charge, to prevent this Knightsbridge Home Supplies advise to check your goods upon collection.

Larger Item Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel an order on a larger item (pottery, glass etc) where the delivery is scheduled by our specialist carrier, a refund will be issued minus the carriage charge if the services of the courier have already been engaged.

PLEASE NOTE: Toilet Seats are NON-RETURNABLE once they have been removed from the cellophane wrapping due to hygiene reasons.

The responsibility of the goods in transit during return is with yourself and the courier company that you have engaged, and you the customer should always ensure that you obtain proof of postage/delivery for your own reference. Always inform Knightsbridge Home Supplies of the details of any goods you intend to return. Please note that Knightsbridge Home Supplies can only accept returned items from our recommended couriers. Failure to report goods being returned prior to arrival will delay the refund process and failure to enclose your relevant details will also delay this process.

Please ensure that all goods are checked by yourself and Knightsbridge Home Supplies ask that any problems or damages are reported to us via email within 7 days of receipt.  When signing on delivery you are signing to say that the goods have been received in good order, failure to report damages within this time frame will not allow Knightsbridge Home Supplies  to provide replacements and replacements may have to be re-purchased. Once the goods have been used or fitted you have accepted the condition they were received in and cannot be replaced free of charge.

7. Other:

You will become the owner of the goods once they have been received and accepted. Failure by Knightsbridge Home Supplies  to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice to you.

8. Guarantees

Each individual product is subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee, which is stated on the product description. If you wish to receive further details of a products guarantee, please feel free to contact Knightsbridge Home Supplies and we will be happy to provide any information you desire.

9. Privacy Policy:

Knightsbridge Home Supplies do not disclose buyers’ information to any third party other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We do not accept amendments to these terms.
