Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information:

Knightsbridge Home Supplies aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. If you are in a hurry we do have express delivery options available on some items.

Christmas Period Any orders placed from 20th December maybe delayed until the week commencing 5th January. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before purchase to see when your delivery can take place.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: Please contact Knightsbridge Home Supplies via email to see if your desired item is available for express delivery, you can also contact us on the contact form.

When will my item be delivered:

Large and fragile goods are aimed to be delivered within 3-7 working days, our Logistics Team will pre book a convenient delivery date with you. Smaller items are expected to arrive within 3-5 working days and you will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If there are going to be any delays a member of our team will contact you to let you know as soon as possible.

Who will be delivering my item:

Knightsbridge Home Supplies deliver all small items via DX and tracking is provided once dispatched. Larger items are delivered via Courier’s, details of delivery are provided via email and tracking is also available. On occasion we may request the manufacturer to send goods directly too you with their courier of choice.

What delivery options do you offer:

Standard delivery within 3-5 working days. Express delivery can be arranged please email Knightsbridge Home Supplies to check if your order can be expedited.

Do you ship outside the UK:

Unfortunately Knightsbridge Home Supplies are unable to ship outside of the UK.

Knightsbridge Home Supplies  strongly advise that you do not book any fitters until your goods are received and checked. 

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt of your goods, however you must request your return within the first 14 days. Any returns notified after 14 day period will be refused unless agreed otherwise. If you do request to return outside the 14 day period or we receive the return outside 14 days, we can impose a restocking fee. On cancellation for any reason you must return the goods at your own cost unless Knightsbridge Home Supplies agree otherwise, or Knightsbridge Home Supplies confirm that you may dispose of the goods. 

All goods must be returned within 14 days , starting from the day after receipt of the goods. Knightsbridge Home Supplies ask that all goods are returned safely and in their original packaging, any goods returned without the original packing will not be refunded. We will refund your money on orders within 28 days of cancellation less any delivery costs. Returns that have been used/fitted will not be accepted. Any returns notified after 14 days but are received within 28 days may be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee. On cancellation for any reason, you must return the goods at your own cost unless we agree otherwise or we confirm that you may dispose of the goods. Any cancellations on special orders such as extensive lead times will incur a 20% restocking fee if the order cannot be cancelled.

Reporting Damages:

ALL Damages must be reported within 48 hours, any damages reported between 48 hours & 7 days of receipt may incur additional charges to you (the customer). Any damages reported outside of this timescale will not be replaced. Electronic images (evidence) will be requested to be sent via email, failure to supply relevant information may extend the timescale of this being resolved. Any goods that have been used/fitted will not be accepted.
